• FEDEX and UPS will no longer be offered as shipping options.

• Only USPS will be used to ship orders. USPS Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation which gives a tracking number and offers some details about where your package is while in transit. USPS Priority mail with Signature Confirmation which offers the same benefits as Delivery Confirmation but also requires a signature in order to receive your package. This method is highly recommended as it offers added security by requiring a signature.

• The shear volume of sales from the Black Friday sale has made it painstakingly obvious that I am spreading myself too thin and making far too many mistakes as a result. To remedy this problem, I have hired some part time help. This new addition to the Mozeke Products family will assist in order accuracy, quality assurance and shipping orders. I will still be the only person emailing customers and editing the website's information. I am looking forward to increasing my customer service ratings and overall customer satisfaction. 

• All orders placed before 12:00:00 noon Central Standard Time will ship the next business day or the order is free. Customer is still responsible for shipping costs.

Detangle Me Grapeseed Conditioner will no longer be sold in a 16 oz size.

Effective immediately (1/23/12) ETA on 2/6/12
All ingredient lists have been updated. Most of which were simply in the wrong order and Potassium Sorbate was being reflected as the preservative when in fact Optiphen was the correct preservative. Labels on bottles/jars will not reflect the currently ingredient list until all existing labels have been used because they were printed prior to today. I apologize for the confusion and encourage everyone to check the ingredient list on the website for the updated ingredient list.
