Q: How long will it take to receive my products?
A: Mozeke Products are not mass produced but are handmade fresh through short production runs. Barring delays due to sales or sold out products, please allow approximately 2-3 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders are shipped based on place in the order queue. Please note that we do not ship customers orders until their all monies due have been received. Please visit the estimated transit chart to see when you can expect your package to arrive.
Q: Can I have my products unscented?
A: Yes. Just type "Unscented" in the comment box at checkout.
Q: What is the shelf life of your products?
A: One year. Shelf life can be shortened or lengthened depending on the storage conditions. Store in a cool, dry location. Refrigeration is not necessary.
Q: Are your products available in salons or stores?
A: Yes, for a listing, please click here. Because we are not a mass manufacturer, we are only able to supply about 2 dozen vendors in major metropolitan areas. We do not supply webshops.
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: No. We do not ship worldwide at this time but will be in the near future. If you do not live in the United States and would like to have your country added to the list let us know and we will add it.

A. There are number of reasons that a product may be discontinued. A few examples are:
Q: Why is this product slightly lighter/darker and/or thinner/thicker than the last one I received?
A: Mozeke Products are made fresh using natural oils, butters and emulsifiers so slight differences in texture from batch to batch may occur. The products obtain their tint and color from the natural butters, herbs and oils used which may vary from batch to batch.This will not affect performance.
