All orders placed before 12:00:00 noon Central Standard Time will ship the next business day or the order is free. Customer is still responsible for shipping costs.

Our accepted payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Payments must go through Google checkout. Paypal will no longer be accepted.
Shipping
Mozeke Products only uses USPS to ship products. The following options are available:
Most products will be shipped within 48 hours of the received payment. Please note, orders will not be shipped until payment has been received. This may add an additional 1 - 2 business days to your order processing time before items are shipped. Also, time of year and order volume may increase or decrease processing time.

Return/Refund Policy/Lost packages
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns. Mozeke Products is not responsible for damages caused by delivery carriers or environmental factors. Insurance can be added to your package for an additional fee. There are absolutely no refunds. Please be sure you want the products before placing an order. Mozeke Products is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by postal carriers. No replacements will be made for lost or damaged items.
Substitutions
Mozeke Products reserves the right to substitute two smaller containers in place of one larger container. For example, two 4 oz jars can be substituted for one 8 oz jar if necessary.
Quality Assurance Guarantee
If your product molds within 6 months of purchase, you will receive a replacement product FREE of charge. Please email mozeke.products@gmail.com to inform us first of any product issues. A pre-paid box will be mailed out to you within 48 hours. Please include the molded product in the prepaid box and ship it back. Molded products must be returned in order to receive replacement.
Mozeke Products reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.

- USPS Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation which gives a tracking number and offers some details about where your package is while in transit and when it was delivered.
- USPS Priority mail with Signature Confirmation which offers the same benefits as Delivery Confirmation but also requires a signature in order to receive your package. This method is highly recommended as it offers added security by requiring a signature.
